TROTZMUSIK – Ode an Widerspruch

Ein experimentelles Musiktheater für junges Publikum (empfohlen ab 6 Jahren) von Len Pappe.

Vom Konsens- und Harmonie-Druck der Alltagskultur irritiert, verspüren wir menschlichen Trotz. Wir sind ein Team aus sogenannten Erwachsenen, interdisziplinäre Künstler*innen, Mütter, Väter, Geschwister und erlernen von ein paar Hamburger Kids wieder ungefiltertes Nein-Sagen und Nein-Singen. Nun bringen wir Tänze, Songs und Gedichte des Trotzens auf die Bühne. Kreide quietscht rhythmisch auf der Tafel, Papier knistert und unsere Stimmen beschwören den Widerspruchsgeist, welcher vormals gut verkorkt in der Flasche der Gefälligkeit schlummerte. Unsere Körper verwandeln sich in Stimmgabeln, die wir anschlagen, um uns neu zu intonieren: Zu einer Ode an Trotz und Widerspruch.

An experimental musical theater for young audiences by Len Pappe.

Irritated by the pressure of consensus and harmony in the culture of our everyday life we feel the need for defiance. We are a team of so-called adults, interdisciplinary artists, mothers, fathers, siblings who are learning from kids all around Hamburg how to say “No” and how to sing it. Now we are bringing dances, songs and poems of defiance to the stage. Chalk squeaks rhythmically on the board, paper crackles and our voices evoke the spirit of resistance which once was dismissed in the bottle of politeness. Our bodies transform into tuning forks which we strike to find a new intonation within us: an ode to defiance and objection.
